About the Event

The Livingston Recreation Department’s mission is to enrich the lives of our community by providing safe, welcoming spaces and affordable opportunities to play, learn, and connect. The Holiday Market reflects that mission by showcasing local artists, makers, and nonprofits who offer handmade, affordable products.

Livingston’s Holiday Market features:

• Handmade crafts and art
• Baked goods and specialty items
• Local nonprofit booths

Please note: The Recreation Department has final approval over all vendor items.

Admission: $1.00 per visitor (includes one raffle ticket)

How to Submit Your Application

Please download and save your completed fillable PDF before submitting. Once saved, you can either:

• Email: rec@livingstonmontana.org
• Mail: Livingston Recreation Department, 229 River Drive, Livingston, MT 59047
• In-Person: Livingston Civic Center office (entry across from the skate park). If closed, applications may be placed in the office mail slot.

Tip: If you fill out the form in your browser, be sure to download and save a copy first — unsaved entries may be lost when you close the window.

Application Window:

• Opens: Friday, October 3, 2025
• Closes: Friday, October 24, 2025

Notification of Acceptance:

• Friday, November 3, 2025
• Applications do not guarantee booth space.
• Payment is only required once accepted.

Booth Availability:

• 32 booth spaces available
• Each 10' x 10' space includes: (1) 8' table + up to 2 chairs

Booth Fees:

• City of Livingston Residents: $50
• Non-Residents: $60
