Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)

Court-appointed volunteers to advocate for the best interests of child abuse or neglect victims. CASA's are responsible for conducting an investigation of the case, working closely with Child Protection Specialists (CPS), reviewing the best options for the child, making recommendations to the court, and will follow the child's journey through foster care.

Montana Legal Services Association

Montana Legal Services Association (MLSA) is a law firm that empowers low-income people by providing legal information, advice, and other services free of charge. MLSA helps low-income people fight consumer and foreclosure, fleeing domestic violence, keep their housing, assist with taxpayer issues, farmworkers law and more.

Montana Department of Justice, Crime/Witness Advocacy Program

Crime victim/witness advocates provide free, confidential help and services to crime victims and witnesses throughout Park Co. If you have incurred losses as a result of a crime, you may be entitled to restitution from the offender. Call the Park County Victim/Witness Assistance Coordinator for an appointment.

Disability Rights of Montana

Disability Rights of Montana is the federally-mandated civil rights protection and advocacy group for Montana.  Disability Rights of Montana has the legal authority to represent almost any person with a disability, and advocate on their behalf.

Montana Fair Housing

Montana Fair Housing investigates allegations of discrimination in housing, counsels victims of discrimination, and facilitates both the state and federal complaint process. May assist victims in securing the representation of legal counsel when the filing of a complaint in court is deemed appropriate.

Self-Help Law Program

If you need help with a civil law matter such as divorce, parenting plans, landlord/tenant issues, or probate and don't have an attorney, the Self-Help Law Program may be able to assist you.  Staff cannot give you legal advice, we may be able to assist with learning about your legal rights, finding legal information, locate forms and instructions on how to complete them, answer general court procedure questions, and provide referrals for other organizations.
