Parks Division
The City of Livingston’s Parks Division maintains over 8.5 miles of trail systems, 173 acres of picturesque green spaces, and oversees the care of approximately 3,880 trees, each contributing to the city’s beauty and vitality.
Additionally, when boulevard tree removal is necessary due to disease, storm damage, or age, the Parks Division staff processes the applications for removal. Our certified Arborist staff provides consultation services to residents, including assessments of boulevard tree health, maintenance needs, and code compliance. Staff will also provide a list of approved replacement tree species suitable for boulevards.
These resources and required forms are available on the Public Works Permits and Applications page.
