Bridging Resources to Individuals through Dignity, Grace, and Empathy
The Park County BRIDGE Team is a community based Mobile Crisis Response Team created through a partnership between the City of Livingston and Park County. The program was built on the shared belief that every person deserves dignity, understanding, and access to compassionate support during times of distress. The BRIDGE Team responds to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or emotional crises, meeting people where they are with calm, respectful, and immediate support. By bridging the gap between crisis and connection, the team ensures no one faces their struggles alone. This initiative represents a proactive commitment to community well being, strengthening safety, restoring hope, and promoting healing through collaboration, empathy, and trust.
