Land Use Board Member

The City of Livingston is seeking one dedicated community member to serve on the Land Use Board, established by the Livingston City Commission on December 5, 2023, under Montana Senate Bill 130. This Board officially began its work on February 1, 2024, and assumes the responsibilities of the former Planning Board and Zoning Commission.

The Land Use Board plays a key role in shaping Livingston’s future. Members review and make recommendations on zoning amendments, subdivision applications, and planned unit developments. This work helps ensure that land use decisions align with the community’s goals for sustainability, smart growth, and quality of life.
