Software issue affects some Utility Billing Customers

The City Finance Office was notified today, our billing software provider experienced an issue that caused a variety of errors to some of our customer's utility bills.   

Customers are reporting they received a bill with no usage history for this billing cycle. Some customers reported received blank bills. Some received duplicate bills. 

The issue also caused auto-payments not to pull from Xpress Bill Pay. Effecting over 300 auto-pay customers.

The provider is working to identify and correct the issue.
