The City of Livingston annexed the Green Acres Subdivision in early 2020 in response to concerns with existing septic system density and discharge of partially treated sewage into the local soils and/or groundwater, TD&H was asked to develop an approach to assess potential impacts, evaluate improvement alternatives, and provide recommendations.
