Sister City Program

The Livingston Sister City program is comprised of a group of volunteers committed to the ongoing relationship with our Sister City, Nagonahara Japan. It is open to all students who are at least age 13 but not over 16, and in grades 7-11.

The Program is part of Sister Cities International, a nonprofit citizen diplomacy network creating and strengthening partnerships between the US and other international communities in an effort to increase global cooperation at the municipal level, to promote cultural understanding and stimulate economic development.

To learn more about the program, visit their Facebook page to see travelers' experiences in Japan and Livingston.
