Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
Court appointed volunteers advocate for the best interests of child abuse or neglect victims. CASA's are responsible for conducting an investigation of the case, working closely with Child Protection Specialists (CPS), reviewing the best options for the child, making recommendations to the court, and will follow the child's journey through the foster care.

Montana Legal Services Association (MLSA) is a law firm that empowers low-income people by providing legal information, advice, and other services free of charge. Montana Department of Justice, Crime Victim/Witness Advocacy Program
Crime victim/witness advocates provide free, confidential help and services to crime victims and witnesses throughout Park Co. If you have incurred losses as a result of a crime, you may be entitled to restitution from the offender. Call the Park County Victim/Witness Assistance Coordinator for appointment.

Montana Fair Housing
Montana Fair Housing investigates allegations of discrimination in housing, counsels victims of discrimination, and facilitates both the state and federal complaint process. May assist victims in securing the representation of legal counsel when the filing of a complaint in court is deemed appropriate.
