Civic Center, Miles Park & Bandshell
The Civic Center, Miles Park and Bandshell are available to rent for any occasion. From Sporting Events to Family Reunions, Fundraisers etc.
If you are hosting an event that requires use of one of these spaces, you must fill out a rental application and call the Recreation Department at 222-8155 or 223-2233 to ensure availability.
The applications with deposit and payment may be brought to the Recreation Office at the Civic Center, Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Facility Rental Application
A $100 refundable security deposit is required to reserve the space for your event, this must be a separate check. Additional rental fees are included in the application.
Gazebo and Sacajawea Park Facility Information
The gazebo, picnic shelter and gathering areas in Sacajawea Park are available on a First Come, First Served basis. We encourage the public to be considerate and neighborly if signage is posted as to day and time a group wishes to use the facilities.
Special Event Permit Process
If any of the following conditions are met, a Special Events Permit must be submitted to the City of Livingston.
Please review the Special Event information carefully and fill out your application as completely as possible. All aspects of the application are important in the planning of a successful event. The City Administration will review and approve your application. No dates are secure until final approval.
