Welcome to Livingston Public Works and Utilities, proudly serving the citizens of Livingston and providing the basic necessities of city living.  Although some of the tasks are not glamorous they are the vital heartbeat of our small town.  If you aren't aware of what public works and utility crews are doing, then they are doing a good job.  From replacing water mains to helping build a new transfer station to plowing the streets,city crews are always up to the task.

There are many ways to pay your utility bill.

You can pay your utility bill at the office at 110 South "B" Street also the drop box in the parking lot, at our drop box at Albertson's or at our drop box at the City offices at 414 East Callender.  You can pay with cash, check or credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. We are required to add a 2.5% transaction fee for a credit card payment. Call our office for more information 222-1142.
