Warren Mabie graduated with a bachelor's degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y., and did post-graduate studies at Boston University before going on active duty in the United States Army. He served as a battalion signal officer, Fort Bliss, Texas and as the officer-in-charge of the 23rd Infantry Division's Photographic Unit, Chu Lai, Vietnam. Warren's awards include the Bronze Star, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal.
For 36 years following active duty, Warren owned and managed a commercial printing company in his hometown of Goshen, N.Y.. During this same time period, he also served as an instructor in the U.S. Army Active Reserve. After 10 years, Warren received an Honorable Discharge as a captain.
Warren moved to Livingston in 2007 where he found a welcoming community. Feeling a strong desire to give back to his adopted hometown, Warren ran for the City Commission and was elected in 2017. He is committed to listening to citizen concerns and recommendations, examining all sides of any issue, and making the best decision for the residents of Livingston and for the future.
