REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS FOR:
THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
The City of Livingston is seeking to fill one (1) vacancy on the Urban Renewal Agency. The appointments for the Urban Renewal Agency will be for a one (1) year term.
The Urban Renewal Agency is responsible for the administration of the redevelopment effort outlined in Title VII, Chapter 15, Section 42-43 of the Montana Municipal Code Annotated. Copies available with application.
To qualify for the Urban Renewal Agency the applicant must possess the following qualifications:
1) be a citizen of the United States;
2) be a resident of the State of Montana;
3) be a resident of the City;
4) be at least 18 years of age;
5) be a qualified elector; and,
6) not currently under supervision by the State of Montana for a felony conviction.
7) Some additional qualifications are necessary for some of these appointments.
