Bill was born in Livingston, Montana 1/29/1956.  He grew up in Livingston with his siblings and attended grade school at St. Mary's followed with his graduation from Park County High School.

EMPLOYMENT:
63 Dude Ranch and Ox Yoke Ranch; as a teenager Bill rode horseback at these two famous Due ranches and deems it high on the list of a great job.
Dresser Olympic (oil exploration) 1976-1979.
Bronze Casting Foundry (owner) 1980-1986.
City of Livingston, employed by the Fire Department as a Fire Fighter, 9-1985 to 1995, promoted to Captain in 1995 Spannring retired from the Fire Department 2-2008.
Contract Fire Fighter 1988 to present.
Since 1990 Spannring has owned and managed four rental properties.
Western Medical Transport is a new area business which Spannring helped create and is 50 % owner.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
Livingston City Commissioner 1998-2000.
Basketball Coach (youth) four years.
Fire Fighters Local 630 member.  Served as Treasurer.
Big Brothers & Sisters Volunteer, 8 years.
Park County Red Cross, served as a former CPR instructor.
Volunteer Fire Fighter for Park County Rural District #1, 2-1008 to present.
Attends American Lutheran Church.

FAMILY:  Children, none of who live locally.
Jeanna Ray Spannring; Jestin Thomas Spannring; Jaymee Lynn Spannring; Jaylene Spannring.  Spannring was divorced following 18 years of marriage.

HOBBIES:
Summer favorites are Rving; camping; hiking and biking.  Winter favorites are the snowmobile; skiing and skating.
